We collect information necessary to provide our services, including account creation details (managed securely via our authentication provider) and the digital assets (images, video, audio) you upload to process through our AI engines.
2. Asset Storage & Retention
To protect your privacy and manage server resources efficiently, EasyXLab employs a strict temporary data retention policy for user-generated workspace assets:
Active Storage: Generated assets are temporarily saved in your account workspace for a maximum of 10 days.
Recycle Bin: Assets manually deleted by the user are moved to a secure Recycle Bin and are permanently purged from our database after 3 days.
* We highly recommend downloading your final creations to your personal device.
3. AI Model Training
The private images, videos, and voice samples you upload for personal generation and editing are strictly used for your active session inference. EasyXLab does not use your private workspace uploads to train our foundational AI models.
4. Financial Data Security
All financial transactions are processed securely through certified payment providers. EasyXLab does not process, intercept, or store your credit card numbers or highly sensitive financial data on our servers.
